iDeaPad AI ("iDeaPad", "we", "us") provides AI-powered brand intelligence, creative generation, and campaign automation. By using the platform you agree to this policy and these terms.

Data we collect. Account email and name, the ideas, URLs and prompts you submit, generated assets, campaign settings and billing status. We do not sell your personal data.

How we use it. To run the brand analysis, generate creatives, power your campaigns, and provide analytics. Payment data is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Your rights. You can export or delete your brand, creative and campaign records at any time from the dashboard. To delete your account, contact us.

Cookies. We use essential cookies for authentication and session continuity, and analytics cookies to improve the product.

Acceptable use. You agree to use iDeaPad only for lawful purposes and not to generate content that infringes the rights of others, is misleading, or prohibited by law. Automated abuse or bot traffic is not permitted.

Your content. You retain rights to the brands and creatives you generate. You grant iDeaPad a limited licence to process them through the AI services required to operate the platform.

Subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us.

AI output. Generated content is produced by AI models and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing creatives and campaign settings before publishing.

Liability. iDeaPad is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
